Tariffs quoted are per room; two adults twin share (One bedroom suite; either King or Queen) All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Public Holidays & Regional Festivals:
Christmas/New Year, Labour Day Weekend (March) Easter, Queens Birthday Weekend (June) Melbourne Cup Weekend/Wangaratta Jazz Festival and Dolce Vita - King Valley Festival weekend & Brown Bros Wine Weekends - all these events we require both bedrooms to be taken in your booking - rates commencing from $248- per night (maximum 4 persons, two bedrooms).

Cottage 1, Cottage 2 and Cottage 3 are all independent Self-Contained luxury accommodation for your exclusive and private use.
Standard configuration - two bedroom suites/ two couples twin share using both the King & Queen bedroom suites- Total Number of persons 4
King Suite: One couple twin share Luxury King bed:. Total Number of persons 2 (second bedroom Queen suite closed off) remainder of cottage for your exclusive use.
King Twin Share - same suite - separate beds:- One King Suite splits to 2 singles upon request at time of booking (Additional $25- fee applies for this service) arrangements for this service to be made at booking -Total Number of persons 2
One Queen Suite:- this Queen bed cannot be split. Total Number of persons 2
One single day bed can be provided and set up in the King bedroom which is suitable for 2 adults & child or three children. Additional fee for the Single bed of $40 for (1) One night. For more than just one night after initial night $20- for each additional night for the single bed - in addition to couple rate for the King bed. If setting up for three (3) persons, the additional $25- King bed split fee also applies.
Infants less than two years -No extra charge is made for infants under 2yrs- Porta Cots (soft sided only) may be brought with own linen & towels and change matt.
One (1) Portable Cot with sheets & blankets plus High chair can be hired on request (first in basis - $30- for both per rental term)
NO COLLAPSIBLE BEDS, TRUNDLES OR SIMILAR MAY BE BROUGHT INTO OUR ACCOMMODATION.
NO USE OF SPARE BLANKETS, QUILTS OR PILLOWS to make up extra beds on floors or lounges is acceptable!! Charges will be applied.
Deposits & Full Payments
A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid to secure a booking. Credit card payment is preferred. If payment by cheque, direct deposit, cash or money order is required please telephone 0429 771574 to make the booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation & Refunds
No refund available if less than 24hrs notice. More than 24hrs and less than 8 days 50% refund less booking fee ($50.00). Please note that Easter, Wangaratta Jazz Festival Weekend and between Christmas and New Year (23rd Dec -5th Jan) there is a "no refund" policy unless cancellation made 5 weeks prior to booked date. Management is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items/money or personal indemnity during your stay. Any damages caused by you or your guests will be charged to and paid for by you.
Minimum Night Bookings
A minimum of two nights is needed for any standard booking through BookEzy online booking
A Single Night Rate is available - contact us directly - payment to be made by Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard
Three nights on Public Holiday weekends; Four nights for Christmas

Respect for Neighbours
Settlers on Shadforth cottages are located in quiet village enviroment. Guests must respect the rights of those living in the area by keeping noise levels to an acceptable level particularly at night. Management reserves the right of eviction for disturbing noise levels or annoying behaviour.
